I will take part in an exciting roundtable discussion with Professor Reina Lewis, to address issues around curating, researching, and speaking about and with Muslim fashions. This will follow Professor Lewis’ talk of the day before, in which she will speak on how the particular challenges and opportunities of exhibiting religiously related fashion may vary from one location to another - raising sometimes different forms of tension whilst also creating chances to open dialogue and build intercultural trust.
