During the fourth session of this workshop organized by the Graduate Institute Geneva, I am giving a talk on the impact of the current pandemic on already marginalized and criminalized communities in urban Morocco. I will explore what it means for certain communities to be ‘at home with confinement’ and how decades of militarization of urban space have made such communities adept at manoeuvring around new forms of enclosure.
